We turn repetitive manual work into reliable automations in three steps. You agree to each step separately, so you commit only as far as the value is clear.

Initial Consultation
We start with a 90-minute working session on your goals, pain points, and daily workflows. You receive a short written summary and our recommendation on next steps.
The consultation fee is credited toward Step 2 if you move forward within 30 days.
Timeline One session, with your summary delivered within 2 business days -
AI Readiness Evaluation
We review your data, tools, and systems and map your key workflows. You get a ranked list of automation opportunities by time saved and effort, plus a 90-day roadmap.
The report is yours to keep, whether or not we build with you.
Timeline 2 to 4 weeks -
Building and Delivery
We design, build, test, and document the workflows we agree on. We also run a training session for your team and support you for 30 days after launch.
We quote a fixed price for the build after Step 2, so you know the cost before we start.
Timeline 2 to 12 weeks, depending on scope
Ongoing support, if you want it
Once your automations are live, we keep them running and growing with the Pillar Partnership. It is month to month, and you can cancel anytime.
Essentials
Fixes and tool updates for your automations, plus 2 hours of advisory time each month.
Growth
Everything in Essentials, plus one new small automation or improvement each month and a quarterly roadmap review.
Good to know
- Pay as you go
- Each step is quoted and agreed separately. You can stop after any step.
- Build payments
- We ask for 50% to start and 50% on delivery. Larger builds can be split into milestones.
- Change requests
- Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted in writing before work begins.
- Your data
- We sign an NDA and a data-access agreement before touching your systems.
- Tool costs
- Software and AI usage fees are billed directly by the providers and are separate from our fees.
- Not included
- Security and compliance reviews. If your industry requires them, we will tell you in Step 2 so you can bring in a specialist.
